Max Payne for Children

I was missing from the blogg scene for quite a long time. And friends yes I apologize for not showing up for like a ....errrrr year (gosh that’s a long time). Don’t ask me where I have being and what I have being doing coz I strongly recommend you to let the past be past and move on. Ok lets here some welcome trumpets pls.

Ok now that’s said and done let me tell you why you should be more careful of the stuff you watch on TV and theater if you have any underage children accompanying you. Specially living in a 3rd world country (who ranked us there actually??? Does any one know??) Could make it a less bit easy to access to material which are considered to be adult or rated. I’m not talking about movies which we so call as adult movies here. Maybe it’s the only thing that comes to your mind when we say rated!!! But hay there are so many other things which the children should not see. Some thing ‘simple’ like shooting any one on the head or inhaling a dose of dope. Does these things seem so natural to you?? Ok stop right there. Think again for a minute. There is nothing natural about killing another human being or taking a does of drugs. They are violent acts which are not permitted by law and not considered to be humane by a regular peaceful community.

So next time when you take a movies home, play a game or go for a movie with your kinds please make sure that it is appropriate for a underage person to watch and “Observe”. Because kinds don’t look and forget like we adults do. We have some much stuff going on in our heads so we just take a movie as a movie and forget them. And that’s how it should be. But kids may live in it for a lot longer time than we think.

The whole point that made me ponder on this was last Saturday when I went to watch “Max Payne” to the theater. There was a family who came with 2 little kids. Maybe the oldest was 4. And this family actually does not seem to be so dumb after all. The mother and the father look like reputed people than people who drop in to see a movie once in a decade or some thing. And who don’t know that Max Payne is not violent? You got to be kidding me!!!! Come on its all over the wall of this movie. It starts and ends with blood and guns and drugs. Any fool who saw the damn trailer will say so.

So my friends. Don’t do the same mistake. Let your children to remember you as good parents, brothers and sisters who gave them the best of what they deserve. Not some gun slinging piece of paranoia.
